The RIPE Framework is an answer to the scaling dilemma: How to scale your organization without having the additional capacity eaten up by fire-fighting of cross-team issues?
Is this fire-fighting caused by technology, by lack of discipline or by being to lazy? No! It is all about missing conversations caused by the divide and conquer nature of the scaling frameworks out there.

In order to implement RIPE on commercial base you need to become a RIPE Guide. As a RIPE Guide you are obliged to a yearly membership payment of CHF 200 excl. VAT.
